Parts Manager and Certified Parts Master

I started working for Volkswagen as a Service Porter in 2003. I worked my way up the ranks through Parts Driver, Parts Consultant, and now I have been promoted to Parts Manager.

I pride myself on making sure the customer gets what they need, the first time. I have been around Volkswagens all my life and am an enthusiast through and through.

Certified Parts Specialist

I started at Riverside VW in 2003 as a Service Cashier. I have put in a lot of time assisting the Parts Consultants and learning the system. As a result of my dedication to the team, I have been promoted to Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and am now a Parts Consultant.

I am a fast learner and have enjoyed my experience working here. It is always a pleasure to help customers get the correct part so they can get back on the road.

Certified Parts Master

I have been with VW since 1996 and have enjoyed every passing year. I was hired as a Parts Driver and was transferred to the Parts Counter after just 1 year. It wasn't long before they had me training to become a Certified Parts Consultant.

Eventually, I was promoted to Parts Manager, however after 5 years I had to relinquish the position so I could attend to my growing family. I have enjoyed being a part of the VW Family and look forward to being here in the future.
